Spring into Fitness - Week 5
There’s more than one way to do a squat! Have fun with these three different types of squats that everyone can do!

- • Squat to a box (or a chair or whatever you can find)
- • Lunge Squat
How to win:
Complete 150 squats of your own choice throughout the length of the week!
Prizes will include great gift cards for places like the Running Room, Freshii, and Sport Check.
Participate in each week’s challenge and send us your results via email or social media. A winner will be announced each week, with each winner being entered into the lottery for one of our 4 prize categories. The person with the most lottery tickets wins! The winners will be announced on May 31.
