Spring into Fitness - Week 3

Week 3
Did you know getting moving in the morning is one of the best ways to set yourself up physically and mentally for the day? You don’t have to wake up at 4am to get your workout in – here is a great 15-minute morning routine to get your day off to a great start!

Pick three exercises from the following 5 and cycle through for a total of 15 minutes. The objective this week is to do three workouts.

- Superman Hold x 30 seconds
- Leg Raises x 15 reps
- Plank x 30 seconds
- Russian twists x 30 reps (15 reps/side)
- Cat cows x 15 reps

How to win:
Do three workouts over the week to win a ticket for the participation draw!

Participate in each week’s challenge and send us your results via email or social media. A winner will be announced each week, with each winner being entered into the lottery for one of our 4 prize categories. The person with the most lottery tickets wins!
