Who would have thought a wall could give you such a great workout! Here’s another fun workout you can do anywhere there’s a wall!   

  • Close grip push up x 10  
  • Sphinx push up x 10 
  • One arm push up (both sides) x 10 
  • Low wall plank x 10 seconds
