Job description:

We’re looking for a motivated Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team across three clinics in Calgary. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys building real connections with patients, takes pride in delivering meaningful care, and wants to be part of a clinic that’s actively growing.

Massage therapy here is one part of a larger patient journey, and you’ll work closely with other healthcare providers to support well-rounded, coordinated care. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across multiple clinic locations as needed, supporting both patient care and clinic growth.

What You’ll Do

• Take time to understand each patient and deliver treatment that fits their needs
• Provide hands-on massage therapy in a supportive, clinic-based environment
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to support each patient’s overall care plan
• Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and how to stay feeling their best
• Help create a welcoming, positive experience every time a patient walks in
• Support patient retention and engagement as we continue to grow

What We’re Looking For

• Experience providing a range of massage techniques and adapting treatments to patient needs
• Comfortable and confident using modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, and lymphatic drainage massage, etc.
• Experience working in a clinical setting is important
• Someone who builds thoughtful, comprehensive care for patients
• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely passionate about helping people feel better
• Flexible and able to adapt as the clinics grow and evolve
• Open to flexible hours when needed, with reasonable notice
• Takes ownership and is excited to help grow the patient base
• Willing to share ideas and contribute to clinic growth
• Positive, grounded, team-first attitude

Education/Certifications

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the province of Alberta
• Minimum 2200 massage hours

• This is a subcontractor position
• Applicants must carry their own professional liability insurance
