The Role:
This employer is looking for certified, passionate, and driven Personal Trainers to join their growing team.
As a 360 Fitness Trainer, you’ll go beyond sets and reps — you’ll coach, mentor, and guide clients toward sustainable transformation. You’ll be supported with structured onboarding, mentorship, and a clear career development path to grow as a coach and a leader.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver 1-on-1 and semi-private personal training sessions.
- Conduct client assessments and design personalized fitness programs.
- Provide nutrition coaching and lifestyle accountability support.
- Track client progress, celebrate wins, and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with our team of trainers, admin, and leadership to create the best client experience possible.
- Represent the 360 Fitness brand and uphold our values every day.
