Week 3 Challenge – Spring Into Fitness

It’s week 3 of MaKami’s Spring Into Fitness challenge – and no challenge would be completed without some planking! Here’s a fun plank routine for you to try at home.  

  • Traditional plank x 10s  
  • Leg Raises (hip extensions) x 5/leg 
  • Up on hands, 8 knee bends
  • Traditional plank x 10s  

How to win:   

Complete 5 rounds of this circuit 3 times a week and send in a planking photo to be entered to win a $50 gift card to the Running Room.
