It’s the final week of our challenge! You may remember this gem from when we first kicked off this contest. Well now’s your time to shine! Redo this workout, record the number of rounds you were able to complete this time, and send it to us. Whoever has made the most improvement will be entered into the prize draw.
- 15 squats (low impact: in chair)
- 10 lying leg raises (low impact: bent knee)
- 5 push-ups (low impact: from knees)
