You know we couldn’t do this contest without including a plank challenge! Here’s a fun plank routine for you to try at home.

  • Traditional plank x 10s
  • Leg Raises (hip extensions) x 5/leg
  • Mountain Climbers x 10s
  • Traditional plank x 10s

How to win: 
Complete 5 rounds of this circuit 3 times a week to get a ticket in the participation draw!
