Spring into Fitness – Week 4

Spring into Fitness Week 4

Please note this 2021 Spring Into Fitness is now closed. Check back in spring of 2022 for new contest details!

Good job participants! You’ve made it through three challenges so far, we hope you’re feeling great! Getting moving is important, but so is making sure you’re well hydrated. Did you know it’s recommended that adults drink between 2 litres or an equivalent of 9 cups of water per day?

This week, we challenge you to drink 2 litres or 9 cups of water per day. If you struggle remembering to drink water, try setting a time every 15-30 minutes to take sips.

How to win:
Take a selfie with your glass of water and send it in for your chance to be entered into the participation draw!
Bonus points if you send us a video of you chugging a whole glass.

Participate in each week’s challenge and send us your results via email or social media. A winner will be announced each week, with each winner being entered into the lottery for one of our 4 prize categories. The person with the most lottery tickets wins! The winners will be announced on May 31.

Share your results with us on social media using #MaKamiFitness.
