Spring into Fitness Challenge for MaKami Students and Staff!

Spring into Fitness

MaKami College’s Spring into Fitness (SiF) Challenge is back, and this year we’re opening it up to all students and staff from both Edmonton and Calgary to participate. The SiF Challenge is a fun and easy way to improve your physical health while also entering for the chance to win some fantastic fitness prizes!

This year’s Spring into Fitness will start on April 6, with a new challenge being announced each week on our Facebook and Instagram. For participants who aren’t on social media, the challenge will also be sent out weekly to your MaKami email.

Share your progress with us on social using #MaKamiFitness !

Prizes include great gift cards for places like the Running Room, Freshii, and Sport Chek!

How to Win:
Participate in each week’s challenge and send us your results via email (to [email protected]) or messaging us on Facebook or Instagram. A winner will be announced each week, with each winner being entered into the lottery for one of our 4 prize categories. The person with the most lottery tickets wins! We will be announcing the winners following the conclusion of the challenge on May 31.

The Spring into Fitness Challenge is open to MaKami staff & students of all fitness levels, so we encourage everyone to try their best, but more importantly, to have fun with the challenges! Whether you make progress towards your fitness goals or just have some laughs along the way, the important thing is we can feel good and get moving together throughout these 8-weeks of exercise.

So let’s Spring into Fitness and have some fun this April!
