Room for Rent – Accessible Acupuncture

ROOM FOR RENT: Accessible Acupuncture is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist or Osteopath to rent a room in their beautiful, and newly renovated clinic located inside the Hys Center (Edmonton, AB), beside the Royal Alex Hospital and Kingsway Mall.

Spacious area will fit a large treatment table, desk, several shelves, two chairs, and still provide ample room to walk around the treatment table. (Room dimensions are approximately 10’ x 14’) Additional photos of the clinic and treatment rooms can be seen at accessibleacupucnture.ca

You will have access to the treatment room, staff room with laundry and kitchenette, and the facility waiting room. Accessible Acupuncture takes accessibility and inclusion seriously – candidates from all backgrounds, walks of life and orientations are welcome.

PRICE:

• , For an exclusive furnished room rental, 7 days per week, flexible rent – approximately $1200 per month. Make your own hours, vacation and rates.

• , For a non-exclusive room rental 1-6 days per week, cost will be proportional to the number of days per week you rent. (ie, three days per week is flexible at around $514 per month) The term, rate and perks are flexible and negotiable for the right candidate.

Due to current circumstances with COVID-19 in Alberta, if there is a government mandated shut down for your practice, rent will not be applicable for the time you are unable to work.
