Massage Therapist Needed – Agility Massage

JOB POSTING: Agility Massage is looking to hire a Registered Massage Therapist for their busy and growing team. Agility Massage provides an excellent working environment to practice and grow professionally – owned and RMT operated – values professional skill development to continuously improve treatments. Practice clinical therapy and Sports/Musculoskeletal injuries, TMJ dysfunction, lymphatic drainage, pre/post natal care and Myofascial release.

Candidates should have:

· Registered with an Alberta association / minimum 2200 hours training

· Licensed to practice in City of Calgary

· Valid liability insurance

· Excellent client handling and communication skills

· Interested in therapeutic massage techniques and committed to professional practice

· Minimum 1-year professional practice experience

Clinic will provide:

· All the basic supplies required including oils, lotions, linen and laundry on site

· Full administrative support to look after your scheduling

· Online booking system which can be monitored from your phone

· Loyal clinic clientele and opportunity to build clients rapport for professional growth

· Various modalities practice encouraged to deliver individualized treatments

· Flexible working hours to support work-life balance

· Biweekly/monthly pay options

· Free online learning platform access will be given to  RMT’s after completing 6 months successfully.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Full-time hours: 40 per week

Pay Structure: Commission percentage 50% – 60% based on experience and expertise
