Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Full-Time Contract

Evolution Physiotherapy is looking for a team member who is excited to become part of an excellent multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

We are currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic, and who is looking for an opportunity to grow their skills while contributing to a high-quality rehabilitation experience for our patients.

Position Type:

• Full-time contract position
• Percentage-based compensation
• Saturdays required

Qualifications:

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain patient relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide massage therapy treatments targeting pain, dysfunction, and mobility limitations
• Assess patients and identify root causes of symptoms
• Apply a variety of manual therapy techniques effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home care exercises
• Work collaboratively with physiotherapists and other providers
• Support patient recovery, function, and overall well-being
