Edmonton Physiotherapy Clinic Hiring PT or Casual Massage Therapist

JOB POSTING: LA Physio, a Physiotherapy Clinic located in Edmonton, Alberta, is hiring a PT or Casual Massage Therapist.

What we are looking for:

• Skilled in Prenatal, Postnatal, Therapeutic, Relaxation, and Deep Tissue Massage
• Ability to perform 30, 60, and 90-minute sessions is an asset
• Excellent communication and client retention skills
• Registration with an accredited association and 2200+ hours of training
• Licensed to practice in Edmonton
• Professional Liability Insurance required

What will be asked of you:

• Attempt to reschedule your patients after each treatment session
• Work collaboratively with your Physiotherapist
• Set up/clean your treatment space between patients
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the comfort and safety of clients
• Perform various massage techniques to address individual client needs and preferences
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend personalized treatment
  plans
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy is preferred
