JOB POSTING: Tailor Made Wellness is looking to hire a professional, part-time (20-30 hours per week) Business Administrator for their front-end administrative team. They are a multidisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, psychology and a nurse practitioner. Their integrative approach emphasizes the therapeutic relationship and makes use of all appropriate therapies, both conventional and alternative. Seeking a highly motivated, hard working, team player who thrives on leading others and tapping into their inner health potential. This valuable team member will be the gatekeeper of their growing clinic, the liaison between clients and practitioners.   • Greeting & interacting with patients

  • Operating computer specific software (JANE)
  • Scheduling appointments & managing schedules
  • Insurance Verifications & miscellaneous duties
  • Opening and closing the office
  • Filing, paperwork, and administrative duties
