MaKami’s two-year Applied Politics and Public Affairs diploma isn’t your average program — it’s an interactive playground of case studies, discussions, applicable assignments, and hands-on experience that will help you get find a career where you can be part of the change you want to see.
Sarting with the foundations of political theory in Canadian and Albertan governments, you will explore the government’s roles, responsibilities and how Canada shines on the global stage in our political science classes.
From there, you will develop real-world skills in office management, communications, advocacy and influence in your public affairs courses that employers in government, public affairs, non-profit and more are looking for. Think elections, public relations, and the secrets of good governance.
