Week 1 Challenge – MaKami College’s Spring into Fitness

Spring into Fitness Week 1

We’re going to start off this challenge with 10 minutes of full-body exercises.
• 15 squats (low impact: in chair)
• 10 lying leg raises (low impact: bent knee)
• 5 push-ups (low impact: from knees)

How to win: 
Do as many rounds as possible. Record your number and send it to us. We will do this exercise again in the last week of the challenge, and whoever has made the most improvement will be entered into the prize draw.

Send us your results via email (to [email protected]) or messaging us on Facebook or Instagram. A winner will be announced each week, with each winner being entered into the lottery for one of our 4 prize categories. The person with the most lottery tickets wins! We will be announcing the winners following the conclusion of the challenge on May 31.

The Spring into Fitness Challenge is open to MaKami staff & students of all fitness levels, so we encourage everyone to try their best, but more importantly, to have fun with the challenges! Whether you make progress towards your fitness goals or just have some laughs along the way, the important thing is we can feel good and get moving together throughout these 8-weeks of exercise.
