Edmonton, AB – Robin Landals-Hill has been named a 2026 BOLD Woman Over 40 Honouree, joining a distinguished group of women celebrated for their leadership, resilience, impact and commitment to inspiring others.

The recognition is part of the BOLD Over 40 Project, created by award-winning photographer and founder of Memoirs Photography by Abi, Abi Ajibola. The initiative highlights the stories of women over 40 while challenging conventional perceptions of aging and celebrating the wisdom, beauty, and strength that come with experience.

Honourees are recognized for embracing their journeys, making meaningful contributions in their communities and professions, and empowering others through their example. Robin’s selection reflects her commitment to personal and professional growth, community impact and her dedication to helping others thrive.

The celebration culminated at the 2026 BOLD Woman Gala in Edmonton on Saturday, May 23, 2026, an evening dedicated to recognizing the remarkable women who participated in the project. Hosted by BOLD Woman Magazine and created through the vision of Abi Ajibola, the event brought together leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers from across Alberta for an unforgettable evening of inspiration and connection.

The gala also served as a charity fundraiser supporting Suit Yourself, an Edmonton-based organization that provides clothing and support to women entering or re-entering the workforce.

The evening featured live entertainment, networking opportunities, inspiring speaker sessions, dinner and a silent auction, all hosted by master of ceremonies Mary Tibbetts.

“I am deeply honoured to be recognized as a 2026 BOLD Woman Over 40 Honouree,” says Landals-Hill. “The evening was a powerful reminder of what can happen when women come together to uplift, encourage and celebrate one another. I am grateful to have shared the experience with so many remarkable women whose stories continue to inspire positive change.”

She also highlighted the significance of the conversations that took place throughout the event.

“It was a privilege to participate in the speaker panel and engage in meaningful discussions about growth, reinvention and staying true to who we are. Women continue to evolve throughout every stage of life, and events like this create space for authentic connection, learning and empowerment.”

Landals-Hill expressed her appreciation to the organizers for creating an event that celebrated achievement while fostering community.

“A heartfelt thank you to BOLD Woman Magazine and the entire organizing team for hosting such an inspiring evening. It was a celebration of strength, resilience, and possibility, and I am honoured to be part of this remarkable community of women.”

The BOLD Woman Over 40 Project continues to amplify the voices and stories of women whose experiences challenge stereotypes, inspire confidence and demonstrate that impact and influence only grow stronger with time.
