Private Calgary Sports & Social Club Hiring PT Massage Therapist

JOB POSTING: The Glencoe Club, a private sports and social club located in Calgary, Alberta, is hiring a part-time registered massage therapist. Must have a 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma. 

The Registered Massage Therapist is a vital part of the Wellness Centre of the Club. They will provide a variety of massage-based services to  members and their guest(s).

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Registered Massage Therapist in good standing.
• Minimum 2200-hours (3000-hours preferred) Massage Therapy Diploma
• Minimum 2-years experience working as a Registered Massage Therapist
• Variety of bodyworks training such as deep tissue, cupping, prenatal, to name a few
• Excellent member service and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Previous experience with the Jane App booking system
• Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
• High standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity.

Responsibilities

Provide consistent, outstanding massage service to the members, guests, employees and co-workers

Current Availability

(Does not need to be available for all shifts):

• Mondays 9-2pm
• Tuesday 12:30-8pm
• Wednesday 9am – 1pm and / or 4-8pm
• Thursday 3:30-8pm
• Friday 9am-1pm and/or 4-8pm
• Saturday 10am-12:30 and /or 2:30-6pm
• Sunday 10am-6pm

Training:

• Standard First Aid & CPR
• Respect in the Workplace
• Area Specific Training
