Massage Therapist Needed – TLC Rejuvenation Spa – Edmonton, AB

JOB POSTING: TLC Rejuvenation Spa is looking to immediately hire a passionate Registered Massage Therapist for their wonderful and collaborative team. RMTs are a critical part of the team and provide exceptional, personal care to clients, they can expect part or full-time hours. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, friendly and striving to improve the health and well-being of clients by providing excellent treatment and customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform 30, 60, and 90-minute massage and body treatments while ensuring client comfort at all times
• Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations
• Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, towels, sheets and other necessary supplies within the massage work area
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order
• Be innovative – a person who finds ways to better shape overall client experience
• Be a team player who takes pride in the departmental policies and procedures, as well as safety and sanitation policies

 

Qualifications

• Must be a registered massage therapist with the appropriate license
• Able to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, in order to provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to work well independently and on a team

Additional Information

• Successful applicants should expect 2 interviews: 1 virtual interview and 1 in-person
• The successful candidates can expect 2 weeks of training upon hire
• Commission based ~ $50 per massage
