JOB POSTING: Sienna Nail & Beauty Bar is looking to hire a Registered Massage Therapist for their brand new, one-stop beauty shop in the west end of Calgary, AB. Sienna is a professional, agile and offers massage services to clients as needed. Preference will be given to candidates who have the ability / function to offer direct billing. Paid interviews of selected candidates will be conducted before final hiring. Earnings will be a commission-based split of 70% for contractor and 30% for business. Requirements:

– Provide professional massage therapy services to clients

– Assess client needs and preferences to determine the most suitable massage techniques

– Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive and comfortable experience

– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

– Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols

– Keep accurate records of client information and treatment plans

Experience:

– Must have a valid massage therapy license / certification

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

– Strong knowledge of different massage techniques and their benefits

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
