Massage Therapist Needed – Refined Health & Wellness – St. Albert

JOB POSTING: Refined Health & Wellness is looking to hire a Registered Massage Therapist for their team of health professionals, a cohesive group who manages all aspects of their busy St. Albert clinic. Seeking a career-driven practitioner who is looking for a platform to develop and support their practice. This job opportunity is open to MaKami College massage therapy graduates of the 2^nd year, 3000 hour program in Calgary or Edmonton.

Requirements:
• Is a Registered Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2200-hour
certification and  recognized by all major insurance benefit companies
• Is eligible to direct bill to all major insurance benefit companies (training will be provided)
• Is looking to commit to the Refined team and offer a shift schedule where they can successfully build their practice and client base

• Starting commissions of 65%+ based on credentials, experience and training

• Bonus wages based on full-time schedule, continuous learning and excellent customer care

Your success will be based on your commitment to building your practice through teamwork and collaboration. Practitioners have a high level of control and have the opportunity to earn commission rates higher than the informal industry maximum of 70%. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-driven therapist who is looking to run their practice through a more progressive model than the standard clinic / spa structure currently offered.
