Hours: Afternoon / Evenings + Saturdays
Qualifications:
- Registered Massage Therapist
- 1 to 2 years experience preferred
- New grads are welcome to apply
- Member of the Association of Massage Therapist and Wholistic Practitioners
- Must be able to be a self promoter, sell your service and commit patients to the recovery process
Interest/experience in the following would be an asset:
- Acute Traumatic Spinal injuries, Chronic Pain, Arthritis, Ergonomics, Orthopaedics, Sports Therapy/Medicine
- Post-graduate / continuing education, community involvement with clubs or teams, presenting / talking to people, excellent communication skills with funders
Requirements:
- Assessment, treatment and management of collision, sports injuries and post-operative patients
- Willing to join a growing & dynamic team of committed Physiotherapists, Massage therapists, and a Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist involved in post-graduate training
- Commitment to continuing specialization of your skills
- Strong emphasis on manual therapy and active rehabilitation experience
