As a Home Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a caring demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Monitor clients’ health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety during movement.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of each client.

Requirements

• Certification as HCA or PSW preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans accurately.
• Reliable transportation for travel between client homes may be required.
• Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check..
