The Role

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments, focusing on soft tissue and joint care. You’ll guide clients through the treatment process, outlining procedures, risks, and benefits, while ensuring they feel relaxed and rejuvenated. You’ll also maintain a clean and organized workspace by changing linens, replenishing supplies, and keeping the treatment rooms in top condition.

Requirements

• NHPC, MTAA, or RMTA registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate with a strong commitment to customer care
• Flexible Hours:
• Full-time or part-time positions available with flexible scheduling to fit your
  lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55/hour + tips
• 60% service discount on in-house healthcare, 30% for family members
• Annual longevity bonus of $500
• Regular wage reviews with potential increases
