Medical Office Assistant Needed – BFG Medical Clinic – Airdrie, AB

JOB POSTING: BFG Medical Clinic is looking to hire a part-time Medical Office Assistant (practicum student preferred) for their patient-centred, busy clinic in Airdrie, AB. Preference given to MOA students, practicum training, with a view of joining the team longer-term. Training will include efficiency of services, clinic protocols, patient care and patient health. The clinic currently has a dedicated social worker / counsellor and a registered nurse on staff – both work collaboratively with the medical team in-house. The team uses the AVA EMR system and all staff are required to wear a mask.

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 4:30 all days, Tuesday & Thursday close is at 6 pm. Candidates can expect negotiated $16 – $20 per hour, 2.5 days per week. Candidates should have MOA Theory completed to apply. To find out more please visit www.bfgmedical.ca
