JOB POSTING: Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park is looking to hire Registered Massage Therapists for their busy multidisciplinary spa. Great atmosphere for both new and experienced therapists providing guest-focused treatments in a team-oriented learning environment.

Offer competitive wages starting at $15 per hour, plus a minimum of $35 in additional commission and gratuities when providing a service. As a member of the Fairmont team you will have access to health benefits after 3 months full-time and daily housing offered starting at $13.75 per day.

Qualifications:

• Certification from an accredited school of massage
• All professional licenses must be current
• Previous experience is an asset but not required
• CPR and First Aid required
• Excellent English communications skills required
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be personable, hard-working, calm and courteous
• Position requires frequent standing, sitting, bending and reaching through shift
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs, occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• Report to spa director
• Responsible for all massage treatments offered by spa and ability to cross-train in other therapy modalities
• Perform 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute massages and maintain guest comfort
• Follow operational procedures for treatment and department
• Accommodate to guests and any individual requests
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and net work environment
• Ensure equipment is in safe working order
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Participate in home sale products, body treatments, product knowledge, spa reception and retail sales
