Makami College is a provincially credited massage therapy school providing quality massage therapy courses and training since 2003.
We are currently the only Licensed Massage College in Alberta to provide a total of 3,000 hours in Massage Therapy training, offering our students a wide variety of career options upon graduation. We are dedicated to providing quality instruction through professional and highly trained massage therapy instructors, hands on training, work experience opportunities, and plenty of one-on-one attention.

Makami College offers the highest level of massage therapy training available in Alberta with a total of 3,000 hours over a two-year program.
Our first year Massage Therapy Program is 8 months (32 weeks) long, including 1,250 hours of on-site training and placement with major employers to gain valuable work experience as a massage therapist. Upon completion of the first year program of massage therapy courses and modules you may become a Licensed Massage Therapist with the City of Edmonton and immediately start your career.
The optional second year massage therapy program is an advanced look at the the Massage Therapy profession. This 9.5 month (44 weeks) program includes 1,750 hours focusing on sports massage injury and prevention.
